Electronic withdrawal — Valiplia
Have you ordered from Valiplia and wish to change your mind? You can exercise your legal right of withdrawal online, without justification and free of charge. Use the electronic form below when it is displayed on your interface.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
- Identify yourself and your order: your last name, your first name and the information allowing us to find the contract. No customer account is required.
- Check your declaration: choose to withdraw for all items or only certain items, then check the information entered.
- Confirm the withdrawal: the declaration is sent to Valiplia. Keep proof of its transmission and the acknowledgment of receipt that must be sent to you on a durable medium.
The legal withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receipt of the goods for a remote purchase of a physical product, with the applicable legal adjustments, notably in the event of multiple deliveries or a lack of information. You do not have to justify your decision. Even if you have doubts about the calculation of the period, you can submit your request: it will be examined in light of your rights.
After notification of the withdrawal, the goods must normally be returned within 14 days, unless collection is offered by the seller. The direct return costs due to a change of mind may be borne by the consumer if they were duly informed before the order; defective or non-compliant products are subject to other rules.
