Accessibility and navigation assistance — Valiplia
Last updated: November 6, 2026
At Valiplia, we want to enable people who use a keyboard, screen reader, assistive control device, or zoom function to browse our products, understand delivery information, and place orders under the best possible conditions. We are gradually working to reduce usability barriers in our store.
This page presents the available assistance tools and how to report a problem. It does not constitute an official RGAA compliance statement and does not certify that the entire site or third-party services are fully accessible. A complete assessment must include practical testing with different browsers, screen readers, devices, and purchasing journeys.
1. Using the store with a keyboard
You can browse many elements without a mouse: Tab to move between links, buttons, and fields; Shift + Tab to go back; Enter to activate a link or button; Space to activate a checkbox or button; Escape to close compatible windows.
A "Skip to main content" link appears at the beginning of the page when it receives focus. Other skip links may allow you to reach the footer and accessibility options in the theme that offers them.
2. Adapting the display
In the Valiplia theme offering this feature, the "Accessibility" button located at the bottom left, as well as the "Accessibility options" entry in the footer, allow you to customize the display: text enlargement, line spacing, enhanced contrast, underlined links, and reduced animations.
These options are optional and are saved on the device when you activate them. You can disable or reset them at any time. Browser and system options (zoom, contrast, screen reader, or reduced animations) also remain available.
On a computer, you can generally enlarge the page using your browser's zoom functions, for example Ctrl and + on Windows/Linux or ⌘ and + on Mac, depending on the browser. The display adapts to the screen size within the limits of the components used.
3. Browsing our products and getting advice
Products and their features are accessible via the navigation sections, collections, and product pages. The Valiplia product selector, when available, offers a three-question journey. You are never required to use it to access product sheets, compare solutions, or place an order.
If the descriptions or photographs of an item do not allow you to identify its features, we can provide you with an additional description by email. Contact us by stating the name of the item or its URL.
4. Forms, orders, returns, and rights
Contact forms are designed to be filled out with clearly identified fields. You can also write to us directly, especially if a field, security validation, or payment step is difficult to use.
Contact Valiplia; Frequently asked questions; Online withdrawal; Returns and refunds.
For a withdrawal, the address contact@valiplia.fr can also receive a clear statement of your decision, in accordance with applicable law. This option does not diminish the legal obligations to provide a suitable electronic mechanism.
5. Reporting an accessibility difficulty
If you encounter an obstacle to reading content, viewing a product, using the keyboard, accessing a form, confirming your order, or obtaining information, please contact us:
- Email: contact@valiplia.fr
- Mail: Valiplia, 117 avenue Henri Barbusse, 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil, France
You can describe the page concerned, the action that cannot be performed, your browser or assistive tool if you wish to specify it, and how you prefer to receive a response. It is not necessary to disclose your medical situation or a specific disability. We will look for a solution adapted to your request, while respecting your rights.
6. Status of accessibility improvements
Corrections are underway on the Valiplia preparation theme, particularly on keyboard navigation, reading aids, window management, forms, and image alternatives. Elements such as the payment platform, external applications, content, and live interactions still need to be assessed before any statement of overall compliance.
